TEAM
Lachy is an experienced property professional with particular expertise in the commercial development and funds management sectors. Prior to forming Accord, Lachy worked in the commercial office development and valuation sectors.
Lachy holds a Bachelor of Business (Property), Grad Cert in Applied Finance, Cert IV (Building and Construction) and is a Certified Property Valuer (AAPI, CPV).
Sam is an experienced property developer with particular expertise in the retail and commercial sectors.
Prior to joining Accord Property, Sam led Savills retail division in South Australia and has prior experience working in funds management and urban planning.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning, Grad Cert in Business (Property) and Masters in Business (Property).
Peter worked for 25 years with KPMG, (16 years as Partner). Peter is a highly experienced non-executive director, with strong technical skills in governance, finance, accounting, taxation, and practical business knowledge across many industries.
Peter has advised boards and senior executives of listed companies, private companies and government business entities.
Joe is an experienced property developer and fund manager, having over 40 years’ experience. Joe has been involved in the development of multiple commercial office towers, shopping centres, legal precincts, hotels, specialised assets and industrial facilities across Australia.
Prior to forming Accord Property, Joe formed Harmony Corporation which has continued on to be a successful funds management business.
Lance is an experienced property developer with over 15 years of experience. Prior to joining Accord Property, Lance led the development team of a large corporate in South Africa responsible for the development of and investment in various large scale commercial, retail and industrial assets across sub-Saharan Africa.
Lance holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws and was previously an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
Loula has more than 15 years experience in banking and corporate finance, managing large corporate financing transactions. Loula has a strong grounding in compliance, regulatory frameworks and risk management.
Loula holds a Bachelor of Finance and a Bachelor of Laws and is a Fellow of the Governor’s Leadership Foundation.
Ned joined Accord in 2020 having previously worked within the Colliers International Investment Sales team. He is responsible for acquisitions and development of all projects throughout Queensland.
Ned holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide, Graduate Certificate in Property Services from the Real Estate Academy & a Graduate Certificate in Financial Data Analysis from Griffith University.
Alexia is an experienced property lawyer who has practised in both South Australia and Queensland. Alexia’s experience has included acting for commercial operators, property developers and local councils. Prior to this, Alexia worked for 8 years in the banking and finance sector.
Alexia holds a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice and is a member of the SA Law Society’s Planning, Environment and Local Government and Women Lawyers Committees.
Jesse is an experienced property professional, joining Accord from Leedwell Property with extensive experience in Large Format Leasing, specialising in Project Leasing.
Jesse has strong relationships with national tenants and has been involved in Leasing a number of notable bulky goods precincts as well as many large format project developments.
Matt is an experienced property developer with expertise in acquisitions, leasing, tenant relations and delivery, ranging across multiple asset classes including retail, healthcare, commercial and industrial. Prior to joining Accord, Matt formed part of the CBRE Metropolitan Investments Division in Perth as a commercial sales agent.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia majoring in Finance and Economics.
